I have extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing digital business models and platforms. In various organizations, I have successfully created and executed innovative solutions to meet the ever-changing demands of the market.

Through my many years of corporate experience in a global environment, I have gained deep expertise in strategy development and implementation, as well as the accompanying change management. This experience spans all organizational levels and includes numerous countries across Europe and worldwide.

My primary focus is advising medium-sized companies in the DACH region that also operate internationally. Prior to this, my career path took me from family-owned SMEs to global logistics and industrial corporations, and even to startups. These diverse experiences and numerous client projects have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the varying demands and challenges across different corporate environments and industries.

I have extensive knowledge in setting up, realigning, implementing and operationally running new approaches and business models. This includes, for example, the successful realignment, digitalization and change management of logistics purchasing to reduce indirect costs and work more efficiently and agile.

Professional stations

Professional training as forwarding merchant, professional experience in day-to-day business and as project manager in the transport and warehouse logistics sector, business development for contract logistics solutions in Germany and Austria. Operational management function in the establishment and expansion of transport networks in Austria and Southeastern Europe.

Studied business administration at the Münster University of Applied Sciences (Dipl.-Betriebswirt) with a focus on logistics.

Strategic business and concept development for 3PL and 4PL customers in the automotive and industrial manufacturing sector in Europe. Introduction and re-organization of inbound transport concepts and just-in-sequence handling.

Worldwide business and strategy development for companies in the automotive sector and operational project management.

Responsible for Drive4Schenker: Development and introduction of a digital platform for the purchase and operational handling of partial and full loads in Europe. Change management for a network consisting of 30,000 carriers, 300 DB Schenker offices and over 2,000 dispatchers.

Global responsibility for transport procurement and optimization. Establishment of a new purchasing mindset and approach supported by the introduction of a digital platform for freight purchasing and rate management. Introduction of a globally standardized KPI system for internal benchmarking of costs.

Set-up and responsibility of the 4PL division with focus on strategy, operational execution, as well as business development and implementation of customer projects in the furniture, automotive, engineering and eCommerce industries.
